What is your Return Policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from xpeti.com, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Please note, returns will only be accepted if the returned item(s) meet the "Return Conditions" specified below.
Return Conditions
A. Item(s)are sent back within the stated return period.
B. Item(s) returned must be UNWORN and in the original packaging.
C. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Return Process
You will need to contact our Customer Support Team by emailing info@xpeti.com, Live Chat, by providing your order number to submit a return request. We usually respond to emails within 24 to 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. and provide further instructions to complete your return.
Refund Time
Once in receipt of the returned item(s), a refund will be issued back to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to be deposited back to the original payment method. To assure a prompt refund, please remember to provide the return tracking to the customer support representative assisting with your return.
Exchanges
We cannot guarantee sufficient inventory when attempting to process an exchange. Therefore, if you wish to exchange an item, a return request will need to be submitted. A new order for the desired item may then be placed.
Warranty
Our products are covered under a 90-day warranty protection against manufacturing and material defects.
When initiating a warranty claim, a detailed description describing the damages will need to be provided along with supporting photos. Upon reviewing the claim, replacements parts will be supplied or a refund will be issued to compensate for any defects. Customers are responsible for return shipping in all cases except for defects reported within 30 days.
Our Warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials or flaws but does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and material through time, exposure, or extensive use.
